Request for Quotation

  1. The Home Guaranty Corporation (HGC) invites all interested suppliers to submit quotations for the supply of one (1) printer unit with the following specifications:
    • Fast and durable wide carriage 24 pin flat-bed printer;
    • Prints up to 550 characters per second (High Speed Draft 10 cpi);
    • Automatic paper handling and automatic paper thickness adjustment;
    • Automatic Sheet Alignment Unit (optional);
    • Prints up to 8 part forms (1 original + 7 copies);
    • Parallel and USB interfaces with optional Ethernet, Twinax, Coax or serial; and.
    • Includes drivers for Microsoft Windows 95, 98, Me, 2000 and N.T 4.0.

  2. The Approved Budget for the Contract is P87,000.00.

  3. All interested suppliers may submit proposal at the Administrative Department, Second Floor Jade Bldg., 335 Gil Puyat Ave., Makati, and or through telefax no. 897-32-32 on or before 2:00 p.m. of August 31, 2016.

  5. The HGC Bids and Awards Committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids/quotations or waive any required formality therein or to accept such offers as may be considered most advantageous to the Corporation.
